By accessing and using the Thrive Hive Nutrition website (thrivehivenutrition.com) and our health coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Thrive Hive Nutrition provides integrative health coaching services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one wellness coaching sessions
• 6-Month Transformation Program
• Continuum Wellness Program
• Free initial consultations
• Personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance

Not Medical Advice

The information and services provided by Thrive Hive Nutrition are for educational and informational purposes only. Our health coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Lisa Gumenick Schwenker is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, not a licensed medical professional. Coaching recommendations are based on holistic wellness principles and should complement, not replace, medical care.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Thrive Hive Nutrition, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health history and goals
• Consult with your healthcare provider before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes
• Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect coaching recommendations
• Take personal responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes

Scheduling and Cancellation

We value your time and ours. Please adhere to the following policies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

Payment and Refunds

• Program fees are due as outlined in your coaching agreement
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
• Free consultations carry no financial obligation

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Your personal and health information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Thrive Hive Nutrition website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials provided during coaching, is the property of Thrive Hive Nutrition and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
