I'm Lisa, founder of Thrive Hive, and I believe wellness is largely influenced by the choices we make—and model—every day. As a parent, I know how full and demanding life can be, and how easily transitions and unexpected challenges can shift our sense of balance. I'm inspired by supporting people of all ages as they reconnect with themselves, build confidence and create lasting, meaningful change—one thoughtful step at a time.
Your coach acts as the "Beekeeper," offering guidance, support, and accountability as you reflect on your personal or family wellness. Through exploration of core wellness topics, your coach helps you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and commit to realistic changes that build balance and lasting habits. You lead the change, while your coach encourages and supports you—so individuals and families can truly thrive.
In each session, we will explore a core wellness topic, set personal goals and take steps toward positive, lasting change. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and gentle accountability along the way, helping each person make choices that not only boosts their own well-being but also strengthens the health and harmony of their relationships—their "hive".
You will discuss and set goals related to the topic explored in every session. At the start of each session your coach will check in with you on your progress, any challenges you faced, any successes you experienced and together you will discuss if you need to modify your new habit or keep up the good work.
Thrive Hive Nutrition supports integrative health and wellness for individuals and families, honoring each person's unique needs and goals. Sessions help you set meaningful, realistic commitments—then reflect, adjust, and build lasting habits. Topics may include:
Setting small, achievable goals that are conceived by you is where we start. With new insight and a healthy self-assessment of your current state of wellness, you will be able to make new choices that become commitments to change and ultimately become your new healthy habits. Change isn't about quick fixes or diets—it's about lifestyle. At each session, you and your coach revisit your commitments to ensure they're becoming sustainable, positive habits.

After signing up, you'll receive a welcome packet with a few simple forms, including a brief health history. Complete and return them before your first session so your coach can begin to understand your personal story and make the most of your time together.
