Holistic Wellness Coaching At A Glance

Our personalized programs will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we'll explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

These programs are well rounded and coach-supported helping individuals and families build realistic, lasting wellness habits at any age or stage.

12 Interactive sessions per program, focusing on essential wellness topics. Topics covered may include nutrition on and off the plate, stress management, sleep hygiene, balanced hydration, meal planning, snacks and movement/exercise routines. Sessions are held bi-monthly and are available virtually or in person.

Coaching is available for individuals and for whole families to set and achieve goals together. Each topic covered is custom tailored to the specific needs of your family so don't be shy to include your partner and kids…we ensure there is something approachable to learn and ways to improve all areas of wellness regardless of age. Your Wellness Journey Starts Here

Join Thrive Hive's Initial 6-month program for an awesome wellness kickstart. With 12 sessions, meeting once every 2 weeks, you'll dive into important wellness topics that'll help you (and your family) thrive.

Fun and Thoughtful Sessions

Our sessions last around 50 minutes. At each meeting we will check in on the new habits you chose to integrate into your healthier lifestyle at our previous session. Then we will explore a new topic of wellness and set new goals. Your coach will help keep you accountable all along the way.

Finding Progress Between Sessions

Each session is followed by two weeks to try out small, meaningful changes that you commit to implementing. Your coach will preview the next wellness topic to be covered at the end of each session so you/your family can reflect, share ideas, and return ready to learn, explore and set new goals.

Wellness for Life

Wellness doesn't have to be a temporary state. Lasting change is possible when we approach wellness holistically as a life-style not a short term fad or easy fix. With intentional choices and commitment to building and sustaining healthy habits, we can live our lives and model happiness and health for our whole family. This way of being leaves lasting impressions and sets us up for life-long success and a thriving hive.

Our Offerings: A Closer Look

The Thrive Hive Initial 6-Month Program introduces core pillars of holistic wellness and explores how we nourish ourselves physically, emotionally, and environmentally/spiritually. Together, we identify the areas that matter most to you and create realistic, attainable habits that improve quality of life at any age or stage.

You and your coach will clarify wellness goals, address challenges, and design commitments that fit your real life. Because lasting change requires consistency and support, your coach works alongside you to keep you motivated, accountable, and encouraged as new habits become your new normal.

This program is designed for:

For households, full participation is strongly recommended to create a supportive environment for meaningful, lasting change.

What to Expect:

  • 12 interactive 50-minute sessions, held every two weeks
  • Each session introduces a key wellness topic
  • Clients reflect in advance, then collaborate with their coach to set clear, achievable goals
  • Sessions build on one another, with check-ins, refinements, and new commitments each time

The Thrive Hive Continuum Program

After completing the Initial 6-Month Program, clients are encouraged to continue working with their coach within a customized maintenance or deep-dive plan. With the foundational understanding of our core concepts and your relationship to them already improved, we are able to further explore areas where you can find progress and deeper levels of satisfaction and wellness. The structure of the program remains the same as the Initial 6-month Program while the focus becomes even more personalized—supporting ongoing growth, addressing more specific challenges, and strengthening areas that need extra care.
